Romania VapeCon starter kits starter bundle (0.8 ohm regular)
VapeCon starter kits advice for Romania, covering modifications, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Romania, but with vapecon starter kits the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Battery behaviour is where the Hcigar Akso earns its keep: the 800 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 100 and recharges over USB-C.
Budget matters in Romania, but with vapecon starter kits the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. Replacement coils are widely available, and the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock.
Comparing this against a 70:30 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 6.5 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 1734 full puffs from a charge at 20 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
In Romania, availability of the 1.2 Ω mesh coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. The mesh tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 70:30 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all. The instruction booklet is thin, but the diagrams are clear enough that most people set the device up without further help. Flavour tracking stays consistent from the first day to roughly the 1.2 Ω mesh mark before the profile flattens and a swap makes sense.
Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For experienced users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Strawberry Cream: creamy, sweet, described as smooth strawberry custard with a light dairy note. On a 70:30 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 1.2 Ω mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Romania
Availability in Romania is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 1.2 Ω mesh and the USB-C are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and RON rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
